A dieta is not a treatment. It is a relationship.
When you enter a plant dieta with Maestra Eunice, you are making a formal commitment — to a plant, to a process, and to your own healing. The plant will teach you. Maestra Eunice will guide and protect you throughout.
You will live simply. Wake with the birds. Eat without salt or sugar. Bathe in plant infusions at dawn. As days pass, the noise of your life quiets. What remains is more essential — and often more surprising — than anything you expected.
All programs take place at Benacaya, deep in the Peruvian Amazon. Space is intentionally limited to ensure each person receives Maestra Eunice's full attention.

Each Master plant carries distinct medicine. Maestra Eunice will guide you in choosing the right plant for your intention.
Piñón Colorado
Jatropha gossypifolia
One of Maestra Eunice's most important allies. A powerful plant for energetic clearing, physical healing, and protection. Featured in her YouTube ceremonial songs.
Ajo Sacha
Mansoa alliacea
The "jungle garlic" — a master plant of the Amazon used for deep cleaning of the body and energy field, and for developing one's perceptive abilities.
Noya Rao
Unidentified Amazonian tree
A rare and sacred tree of the Shipibo tradition. Known as the "flying tree", it is one of the most profound teachers — for those ready for its depth.

7-Day Plant Dieta
An introduction to working with a single Master plant — the minimum time required to establish a real connection. You will follow the dietary protocols, participate in ceremonies guided by Maestra Eunice, and receive daily plant preparations. Suitable for those new to this path or those returning with a focused intention.

14-Day Plant Dieta
Two weeks with a Master plant allows for real depth. The plant has time to work through layers — what wasn't addressed in the first week often surfaces and resolves in the second. Maestra Eunice's ceremonies build in intensity and intimacy as the relationship with the plant deepens.

The full traditional length for establishing a lasting bond with a Master plant. Three weeks in the jungle, held by Maestra Eunice, working deeply with the plant's teaching. What to know before you enquire
Location
Benacaya is located in the Peruvian Amazon. Detailed location information is provided after initial contact. The nearest major city is Pucallpa or Iquitos depending on the route.
Language
Maestra Eunice speaks Spanish and Shipibo. Basic English-Spanish translation support is available. Ceremony is conducted in Shipibo — the language of the plants.
Diet & Protocol
Participants follow a traditional dieta: no salt, no sugar, no alcohol, no pork, no sexual activity. Simple foods support the body's receptivity to the plant teaching.
Who should come
We welcome adults who are sincere in their intention and healthy enough to undergo the process. We discuss any medical history during the enquiry phase. This work is not for everyone — and that is okay.

Inside Ceremony
What happens in the night
Ceremony begins after dark. Maestra Eunice prepares the space with mapacho smoke, calling the helping spirits and clearing the energies of the land. She administers the plant medicine and then — she begins to sing.
The icaros are not performed. They emerge from her relationship with the plants — each song arising in response to what she perceives in each person. Through the night she moves between participants, reading what is happening and responding with song and breath and intention.
There is structure to what might look like chaos. Maestra Eunice is always present, always watchful. In thirty years of ceremony, she has held thousands of people through their most difficult moments.
